The Memorial Plaza Subdivision was developed in three sections: Section 1 was completed November 17, 1955, Section 2 on February 15, 1959, and Section 3 in February 1962.
Our Civic Club is an association of 226 homeowners in Memorial Plaza. Members meet annually in May to elect Officers and vote on issues. The Officers and Committees meet throughout the year. The purpose of the Club is to provide essential services, such as garbage collection, and protect property values in the subdivision by encouraging residents to maintain their property through the active enforcement of the neighborhood's deed restrictions.
